NEW FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY
Until the end of the season we apply the following cancellation policy for cancellations connected to Covid-19:
Book with Confidence - You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival! (only valid in case of illness and/or travel restrictions due to Covid-19).
For cancellations, which are not connected to Covid-19, we apply the normal cancellation policy.
SAFETY FIRST!
We are well-prepared and all necessary security measures have been fixed in order to be able to continue to offer you an unforgettable holiday experience.
Security, cleanliness and hygiene are our top priorities since always. Therefore, we set our highest and most recent hygiene standards throughout all the departments. Each department clean and disinfect their areas daily, following the HACCP system.
We are very proud of being able to take precautions against Covid-19 in our hotel, to guarantee the highest level of safety and protection to our guests.
So, we can create a safe and carefree holiday without any fear or worries.
Furthermore, numerous areas will be covered with disinfectant dispensers for our guests and employees, to guarantee a high level of safety for everyone.
SOFT OPENING:
We create space and open our hotel only for a reduced number of guests.
So, we can guarantee spacious retreat areas in all the public spaces, your very own reserved table for breakfast & dinner and all the sunbeds & daybeds will be placed well-spaced out.
The gym and the indoor swimming pool with whirlpool can only be used upon reservation and following the indications of the safety protocols.
Our big outdoor pool is open.
This year our SPA Wellness Center is by reservation and with a maximum number of accesses lasting three quarters of an hour, then the whole area will be sanitized; all this to safeguard your health and tranquility. We accept a maximum of 4 people (or a family) at a time (from 15 to 15.45, from 16 to 16.45, from 17 to 17.45, from 18 to 18.45, from 19 to 19.45), for a time of 45 minutes. We kindly ask you to wear a mask inside the common areas.
According to current regulations the indoor playroom for children cannot be used.
The massage service is also temporarily suspended.
PRE CHECK - IN AND EASY CHECK - OUT
Easy and fast check-in from your home.
On request we await you on arrival at the main entrance with the key cards for your room.
Advance preparation of the self-certification form on the state of personal and family health.
On request, the Trentino Guest Card is sent in the mobile version before arrival.
Each guest and employee that enters in the hotel, through the main entrance, is subjected to the control of body temperature.
Face mask & disinfectant are available on request (for a fee).
We would like to arrange your check-out, as easy and fast as the check-in. On request you can review and pay your hotel bill in the evening before departure day.
GOURMET
Hotel Villa Franca is well known for its beautiful outdoor terraces since always. There you can dine morning and evening on your favorite table. Stunning view included.
In the catering areas the prescribed minimum distance is maintained.
Everything in our kitchen is prepared with highest caution and this year with even more love and passion, using especially regional products.
All surfaces are disinfected regularly, face mask and gloves are a matter of course.
Our buffet will be reinvented. A large part of our buffet area will be served by our skilled employees wearing face mask / protective face shield.
As many dishes as possible will be served on your table in a new, creative way.
We kindly ask you to wear mouth-nose protection at the buffet as well as gloves which you will find at the entrances to the buffet! We also ask you to wear the protective masks wherever a distance of 1.5 metres is not possible. There are disinfection stands at all entrances to our buffet and breakfast rooms and fresh and disinfected cutlery is always available for each guest.
Feel free to use our room service (for a fee) and enjoy your breakfast or dinner privately in your room.
According to the current status, guests are not obliged to wear a face mask at their table, but on the way to it. All our restaurant employees work with face mask or protective face shield.
FEEL SAFE
Every employee got trained by experts within the range of hygiene. Moreover, every employee will wear gloves and a protective mask.
Every public area of the hotel will be cleaned, disinfected and ventilated regularly numerous times a day.
All surfaces and especially all delicate contact points such as elevators, doorknobs, light switches etc. will be disinfected numerous times a day too.
Our public toilettes are sufficiently equipped with soap in dispensers and disinfectants.
All our rooms get properly cleaned, disinfected and ventilated daily and/or after every departure.
There are enough disinfectant dispensers throughout the resort to use freely.
For your and our health, we use the professional hygiene products by Hygan/Unyrain and Sartori.
The washing and sanitizing process of the laundry complies with the UNI EN ISO 14065 certification for hygienic and microbiological control.
The common areas are organised in such a way that guests are able to keep the required minimum distance.
The entire ventilation systems are converted to supply outside, fresh air.

We keep being active and set our focus on outdoor sports and activities.

It is a perfect starting point for all your water sports, hikes and bike tours.
In and all around our area you will find many different paths from the beach up to the mountain, ideal for families and active hikers.
